At TANTRUM, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day hassle-free returns on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and drop the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
